Complaint Review: Central Kia Of Lewisville/Carrollton - Lewisville, Carrollton, Plano, Irving Texas

There is not even enough space to begin to tell you the "dealership nightmare" experience, provided by and brought to me and possibly you, by Central Kia of Lewisville/Carrollton (same location), Irving and Plano. All 3 owned by Ken Dillon who owes the banks approx 12 million dollars (probably more now). Needless to say, not many banks are willing to do business with these 3 Kia Dealerships. Insider tips, legal advice, Honest Dealers and Sales Men have clearly defined the meaning of liars, thieves and con artists. Your legal rights mean nothing to these people. Taking your car illegally and leaving you without a car is just another day at Kia. They will tell you anything and everything they can to get you in a car. They will even tell you that you are approved before you really are approved. In addition, you will sit there for hours (total 26 hours thus far) and days while they scramble, crunch numbers, manipulate and give you the run around. Trying to get the deal done is another story. You will literally jump through hoops giving them bank staements, pay check stubs, W-2's, Letter of employment from your employer, a utility bill, phone bill, current ins, etc. You think that's enough? If not, they will ask for a co-signer. Give them all of the above on this person too! You think you given them everything they could possibly need and know? Nope...they will even ask you to sign a form (4506) giving them permission to look at your taxes that you filed last year!! We are not buying a house here..are we?This is because no bank wants to fund their deals! This is the first sign s0mething is terribly wrong. You may even get to drive the car for a month before they repossess it when they are unable to get it funded. They will tell you that they will mail the paperwork to you when its complete. Beware: Do not leave until all blanks are filled in and your signature and theirs is on it and you get a copy of everything you signed. If they tell you they will mail, you have the right to demand it or cancel the deal. They will even give you a SIGNED contract, a SIGNED letter saying they owe you money and will not honor a word, a thing, contact or agreement. Guess what? You think you are covered because its signed.....think again! Your without a car, money owed to you via check or trade-in and your credit is shot from all their efforts trying to get you approved. Think anyone there cares? WRONG. Dont waste your time trying to go to the owner, gm or anyone else. They have no sympathy for you and the fact that they just took a big chunck of money, screwed up your credit, consumed your time, energy, and then some. I walked in having good credit and a nice car....I walked out with nothing and my credit destroyed. Want another car fom another dealer? Another dealer cant even touch you for at least 30 days after Kia is done with you. Unfortunately, they know most people dont have the resources and funds available to see justice. Therefore, Central Kia continues (this has been on-going) to destroy people, credit, promises, agreements, contracts and anything else your willing to give up!!!! I will see justice at some point...and if you were screwed too and would like to comment and/or share resource info, please write! In the meantime, this webiste is great to read before you buy services and products from anyone. If all the stories are similar, RUN. Its no coincendence the names and situations are very alike!
