Compré un apartamento del Director Marile Jurado, en la instalación de Aria Ocean en Nuevo Vallarta, México. Deposité $150.000 por adelantado a la empresa Century 21 Ocean Realty, sin embargo, en el momento de recibir la documentación en comparación con mi contrato, retrasaron mucho para enviarme los documentos.
También me dijeron que desafortunadamente la unidad que compré estaba bajo la incautación del Seguro Social por no pagar las cuotas de los trabajadores que habían trabajado en la construcción del apartamento.
Traté de ayudar a las autoridades de cualquier manera, pero no pude resolver el problema. Todos me enviaron a un lado y por otro lado, pero finalmente renuncié a todo esto. Evitar cualquier forma de contrato con esta empresa, porque lo que encontrará es sólo un gran fraude!

I bought an apartment from Director Marile Jurado, at the Aria Ocean facility in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico. I deposited $ 150,000 in advance to the company Century 21 Ocean Realty, however, at the time of receiving the documentation compared to my contract, they delayed a lot to send me the documents.
They also told me that unfortunately the unit I bought was under the seizure of Social Security for not paying the fees of the workers who had worked in the construction of the apartment.
