LONG BUT WORTH IT

My husband and I just purchased a 2-10 home buyer's warranty. Recently our garbage disposal started making a loud noise and it didn't sound right. I called 2-10 and reported my claim. Shortly after that I was contacted by Certified Plumbing of Georgia who called to set up an appointment to have our garbage disposal looked at. They were supposed come at 10 a.m. and called a few times to tell me they were running late. They ended up coming FOUR HOURS LATER.

The plumber tells me that the entire garbage disposal has to be replaced and has to call to get approval from 2-10. 2-10 calls me and says that because the plumber found a piece of bone and glass in the disposal, they could not cover "abuse." That's total BULLSH**. The piece of bone was a 2-inch long sliver and the 2 pieces of glass were literally the size of Tic Tacs. They came the next day HOURS LATE as usual and replaced the garbage disposal for $161.36. They also bent my kitchen cabinet trying to get their fat as* under the sink.

Low and behold, the following day I went to run my dishwasher and it wouldn't drain. Not being a f***ing plumber, I called worthless 2-10 and reported that my dishwasher was not draining but I didn't know if it had to do with the garbage disposal. So 2-10 charges a $50 co-pay and sends out a Maytag repairman. The Maytag repairman fixed the problem that the f***ing plumber caused. The plumber forgot to remove the plug for the dishwasher.

As if that wasn't enough. After the Maytag repairman left and I tried to run the garbage disposal and it sound like there was a spoon in it. I checked and there was nothing foreign inside. So I called Certified Plumbing and reported the problem. They were supposed to come at 1:00 p.m. yesterday. They showed up today 15 HOURS LATE to discover that the only problem was that the sh**-for-brains plumber FORGOT TO REMOVE THE HARD PLASTIC PACKING MATERIAL from inside the disposal.

If they had paid me the $50 that I paid for the Maytag repairman to show up, I would not have reported them here. But, since they said, "You should have called us when the dishwasher didn't work. You aren't getting your money back," I decided to lay into them. As if I'm supposed to know that the f***ing dishwasher is connected to the garbage disposal. I MIGHT HAVE A B.A. BUT I'M NOT THE PLUMBER!!!

Certified Plumbing of Georgia (CPG) recently mailed a check for $50 to us. I think I overreacted and took out my anger unjustly on CPG and I apologize. For several months, I have been fighting 2 other companies and a church that have defrauded me for a total of $14,500, so lately I've had no tolerance for being ripped off and have resorted to getting ugly with fraudulent companies.

I did not receive any phone calls regarding any problems. The only phone call I received was that we needed to come back out, because the disposal was not working. If I do not know there is a problem. How can I fix them?
