Chads auto repair chad did a halfass job, he was to lazy to finish a job and for that i have to find another shop to fix my car the right way. minot, North Dakota
I brought my 1994 mercury grand marques to chads auto repair to switch out a transmission. He said the job would take in a few days on that my car would be done on that monday. When Monday came the car was not done but instead the transmission was 2 in longer then the old one so that ment that the drive shaft was to long.
I had to take the drive shaft my self to get a inch taken off and was reasured that it only need an inch taken off. Two days later i take the drive shaft back to chads and instead of calling right away i called him a few days later and he tells me i need another inch taken off. I take it back to hedauls a second time and had the same thing done.
A day later i take the drive shaft back to chads and it takes a few more days to get my car done and when we finaly went to go and pick the car up we find out it wasnt finished. He didnt finish tighing all the bolts for my manifold. We asked him why he didnt do the rest of the work and he told us that he didnt have time. So now its been a little over a month and im still trying to have him pay to fix my car whitch sounds horable.

I am a Towman in Minot. I have been towing cars and trucks to Chad for many years, even before he had his own business.
I'm in the business of rescuing people when their vehicle breaks down. On many occasions my customers (usually from out of state, occasionally from out of the country) have asked me to refer a quality garage that could fix their car quickly and on short notice. Chads Auto Repair has always stepped up and taken good care of my customers.
When I refer a garage, that shops quality and customer service will affect my reputation as an honest Towman. Not only have I never had a bad report from a customer referred to Chads, I have had praises sung to me for making the recommendation.
Chads always goes the extra mile for their customers, always willing to help those in need.
This customers jaded comments must be why the phrase "No good deed goes unpunished" was coined.
Thank you Chads, for taking such good care of my customers.

first things first, there are people in this world who cannot show up to the appointments that they make. this person did not show up four times in a row, Then after she does show up it is a hurry up and wait. Im going to take my vehicle she says. The original deal was she had the parts, but little did I know it was not even the right part, but thats not my fault. Right! She does not understand that you cannot call, or expect me to work on christmas, You see this is wrote on the 27th Dec. This complaint is coming from a person who loads a transmission (full of transmission fluid) into the trunk of a car, and does not take it out for two weeks. The fluid leaks all over and then she trys to make me pay for that. So now you see the truth into web of lies. You can read the entire story on www.bbb.org. Ive been in business for nine and a half years and this is the only complaint ive had. I would like to give thanks sharron gilmore for showing this to the american public. She dont know that this only brings more business, because im sure that the people that I have helped out would swear to my true dedication. Thanks
