Complaint Review: Chain Laveen - Ashland Kentucky

Chain Laveen (aka: Randy Lee Stepp), is an unbalanced individual. He continues to attempt to defame record producer: "Rick Iantosca" for no apparent reason. As already noted, Mr. Laveen (aka: Stepp) has outstanding bench warrants against him in Ocean County, New Jersey. From the Office Of Victim-Witness Advocacy dated May 11th 2006, The Prosecutor File Number is: #06-051573, Municipal Docket #001 for Terroristic Threat and Harrassment. Mr. Laveen (aka: Stepp), is a dangerous individual. He is also a coward...afraid to appear in court to address the charges against him. Even if he does appear in New Jersey, he must be arrested for the bench warrants imposed upon him. I have explored this case and found it to be true. If you search "Google" for: "Randy Stepp" and click on images, you will find a picture of this individual with a rifle barrel. Still, he refers to himself as a "Christian Artist". His true address is 1311 Beech Street Ashland, Kentucky where he received and accepted his Order To Appear in court in Ocean County, New Jersey. The following is a letter to the editor from "Rick" in addition to the comments made: All I was attempting to do is to get this picture on one of the rebuttals. This individual is obviously threatening with this picture of a rifle barrel. He used to have the same picture under the name of: "Chain Laveen" (thus proving these two are one in the same), but he removed it. I suppose he forgot about this one. It's still up under the name: "Randy Stepp". This individual is nothing more than an internet bully...and people should be aware of it. I've tried several times to get this picture up on Rip Off Report but cannot figure out how to do it. The charges against him have nothing to do with this picture. The guy called my home and threatened my and my family's lives. The harrassment charges had to do with MANY threatening Emails (which I brought to the attention of the authorities). I am a successfully retired record producer/songwriter and have many gold and platinum records. This idiot is simply an envious individual who picked me out of the crowd (besides being crazy). I need more specific instructions on just how to get this picture up on the site. I suppose that from the amount of recordings I have contributed through the years it is fortunate that I have only run into one lunatic. However, one lunatic is enough for me. With the assistance of Rip Off Report, I can make a difference in revealing this guy in order that others do not fall prey to him. In New Jersey, there exists a 3 year minimum imprisonment for "terroristic threat". Because there exists no "reciprical agreement" between New Jersey and Kentucky, he is safe as long he remains out of New Jersey jurisdiction. However, this does not nescessarily mean that he is not insane enough to travel up here in order to carry out his threats. The file number and case number related to this State case are accurate. It's simply that he cannot be extradited to New Jersey. You most likely will not get a chance to read this, but it is my hope that Rip Off Report can serve as a deterence to this character. Thanks

It has come to my intention that "Chain Laveen" is in fact: "Randy Lee Stepp" 1311 Beech Street Ashland, Kentucky. He has an impending court date on May 22nd, 2006 in Brick, New Jersey for Terroristic Threat and Harrassment: State vs Randy Lee Stepp.
