Nationstar Mortgage Company PREDATORY/they said he was not disabled and forged his name. they said he received 2,250.00 per month. his disability benefit sheet for the year showed his income was only 740.00 per month at the time. they changed the figure right in front of him. did not understand. They gave my daughter's father a second Mortgage on the equity in his home. he showed them the diabiiity statement from the government of his monthly income. it was 740.00 at the time. they changed the figures right in front of him to say he recieved 2,250.00 knowing he could never make a payment higher than he had. i believe because he died 6 years ater that second mortgage, they knew he would default and/or die soon and i believe it was a part of PREDATORY LENING TACTICS AND DECIETFULNESS THAT THERE WERE A FEW DIFFERENT COMPANIES INVOLVED IN. He had the worse form of MD. and he wa progressivey getting worse by the week.
