Complaint Review: Charles E Lincoln III - Internet

He runs from place to place scamming people with Peyton Frieman scamming and ripping people off. He is in and out of jail, and has been sanctioned MANY times because we does NOT know the law!

He is NOT a crusader he is a con man, he thinks his clients owe him a free place to live and free medical care, when the money stops Frieman will lien their house or sue them!

His latest scam is "foreclosure defence" with  stopforeclosurestop.com and Bob Hurt, there is plenty of evidence of his scams all over the internet, please to your research it will be a life saver! Do not get scammed by Charles Lincoln!

Well, I suppose I have "arrived"---someone finds me important or threatening enough to waste his or her (or "its") time filing false consumer complaints about me, trying to slander and malign me very generally and vaguely (so as to avoid any chances of a real suit for defamation) without having the tiniest clue how I actually do business or deal with people, or what I actually do with my time.  The lack of detail is the first sign of a probably personally or politically motivated hoax or fraud.  

The author of this report is almost certainly someone who has never met me, much less done business with me.  There is not a word of truth in any of this except for certain details about me (for example, the fact that I was spuriously indicted for a felony 13 years ago, in retaliation for my filing SEVEN extremely unpopular Civil Rights Lawsuits against the City of Lago Vista and its Police Chief Frank Miller, one of which, Atwater v. I found Lincoln when I was looking for help to keep my home. I was stupid and did not do my research.
Hey first said he could save my house for 2000, he said that the lender had sold the deed and would not have it so they would not foreclose. After I gave him the money he demanded more, and then said I had to put my house in his name! After this I looked online and saw what a fraud he was. When I refused to pay him more money (keep in mind he did not do anything for the original money I paid him.) He had Peyton Freeman put a lien on my house and claimed I owed him 80 thousand dollars! I have never even met this Freeman!! I hope this stops someone from making the same mistake I did, Charles Lincoln destroyed my life, I lost my house, and had to declare bankruptcy please do not trust this man or give him a penny he will destroy your life.
