Charles Lincoln Peyton Freeman Forclosure defence scam LA, California
I found Lincoln when I was looking for help to keep my home. I was stupid and did not do my research. Hey first said he could save my house for 2000, he said that the lender had sold the deed and would not have it so they would not foreclose. After I gave him the money he demanded more, and then said I had to put my house in his name! After this I looked online and saw what a fraud he was.
When I refused to pay him more money (keep in mind he did not do anything for the original money I paid him.) He had Peyton Freeman put a lien on my house and claimed I owed him 80 thousand dollars! I have never even met this Freeman!! I hope this stops someone from making the same mistake I did, Charles Lincoln destroyed my life, I lost my house, and had to declare bankruptcy please do not trust this man or give him a penny he will destroy your life.

Someone has a grudge against me personally and I do not think that this person is a former client of mine at all. I think that all three of these VERY SIMILAR reports were written July 29-30 by the same person or closely associated person.... Here is my rebuttal which stands for all three complaints, real---they are all similarly vague and imprecise and don't show any real familiarity with me or how I operate---these are SLANDEROUS, LIBELOUS REPORTS/COMPLAINTS, and I CHALLENGE THE PERSON WHO WROTE THEM TO CONTACT ME DIRECTLY and forthrightly and give me an address where I can sue him/her/it/them for slander and libelous defamation......Or go to Arbitration through Ripoff Report if the author can show he or she EVER gave me a penny or had a complaint about my work, or Peyton's.....

The lack of detail is the first sign of a probably personally or politically motivated hoax or fraud.
The author of this report is almost certainly someone who has never met me, much less done business with me. There is not a word of truth in any of this except for certain details about me (for example, the fact that I was spuriously indicted for a felony 13 years ago, in retaliation for my filing SEVEN extremely unpopular Civil Rights Lawsuits against the City of Lago Vista and its Police Chief Frank Miller, one of which, Atwater v.
