Charles Winters don't waiste your money!! or time!! because that's exactly what will happen Tarzana California
i awarded charles winters with a project that i needed to be fixed. I used a company that didnt inform me that they outsourced their work and the when i started having problems with my site, it was next to impossible to get in contact with them. the site had a few problems, i mean it looked great but didnt work. Charles assured me he could fix the site and all work with in 10 days. 3 weeks into it he was still working on it.
as we continued with the work adjustments were made but i would always find problems. misspelled words, links not working, and other minor bugs and problems. Then he would charge me to correct these issues. i mean everytime i spoke with him he needed money for something. he incorporated some programs to my site that were supposed to make them work better and just ended up messing it up. my site is so confusing to new sign ups that i have had to hire a company to fix the work that he did and all they talk about is how poorly he did everything.
i even used him for some marketing work which was total bs. all he did was take youtube videos of girls dancing and put the name of my site in the comment section. he was also supposed to do an email campagn for be but never provided me with the proof that he actually sent out emails. our last encounter involved him asking me for another payment after i paid him what he quoted me for to fix his own work.
then he tried to drop hints about how he needed to pay his cell phone bill so that i would pay him. he basically said he couldnt do the work until his phone bill got paid. after that he didnt even finish the work that i paid him for and when i called him he wouldnt pick up his phone, but then i'd call him from another number and he'd answer, say "this is charles", and hang up as soon as he knew it was me. HE IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! save yourself the money and hassle
