THEY have to prove you owe it. They can't and that's why they never responded to you. They have no "fraud department" in terms of protecting you from fraud, only TO DEFRAUD YOU. This is past the SOL for a lawsuit so that's one issue you won't have to deal with. Others will respond with exactly what to do but in the meantime, stay off the phone with them.
