Rude customer service!! I was there a total of 26 minutes and they kicked us out.
We were not given any warning of a noise complaint. They said they have a bogus no party policy; however, we were not having a party. We arrived at about midnight and were just getting settled in. I tried to explain the situation to management and they would not listen to me. I told them that if our conversation was too loud we would make sure we would keep it quiet. The so-called night manager said that she could not take that risk and we had to leave.
They took a $500 deposit on top of the room fee and kept it. It has been a week and upper management has not even called to see if anything has been resolved. There was no damage or any mess left behind. We even took out the little bit of trash we accumulated.
