cheap tickets Allianz Travel Insurance insurance scam and poor customer service give you the run around cheaptickets Internet
bought airline tickets and a renal car package from cheaptickets. never purchase insurance but for some reason did this time thru the site with a sister company allianz travel insurance. Well low and behold something came up dental emergency and i needed to place a claim. to my surprise the insurance is a scam owned by cheap tickets they make you jump thru hoops and transfer you from person to person and tell you they need all these documents to be faxed or sent in to start claim. well there alternative motive is to deter you from doing so by making it so dificult to make a claim. well they got me for 45.00 in insurance and a 460 ticket that i will not use. I generally fly about 3 times a month and use cheaptickets a couple times a month always a little hassle but nothing to this extreme. well it will be there loss cause i will take my buisness right to the airline from now on in most cases you can buy the tickets cheaper right thru the air line any ways. before using cheap tickets or other similar services check with the airline directly this way you can atleast get better service and not get the run around from some one that does not even speak english when you call them.

spent hours on the phone yesterday with no help but pushed from one person to another after finnally getting thru cause your system was down most of the evening i have decided to cut my losses and will never use cheap tickets or orbits ever again now that i know you are affiliated not worth the waste of time already wasted 3plus hours of my life that i will never get back
