I purchased 2 tickets to an NFL game in Dec 2013 for over $234. The tickets arrived but were counterfeit. The stadium would not allow us entry.
This company initially agreed to refund us 150% of the purchase price, but then reneged when they learned we had filed a complaint with our credit card company. NO refund was received from this company.
I was told that the refund would be forthcoming only if I removed the complaint and the provisional credit with my credit card company, ie, they wanted me to trust them a second time after already being burned. I offered to accept only the extra 50% they promised in their email and on their website. They then refused to refund anything.

After a little research you'll find that Uberseat is powered by a company called Ticket Evolution who provides Uberseat with all their tickets. I too was burned by Ticket Evolution as were others. Other companies Ticket Evolution provides tickets for include SeatGeek.com, Cheaptickets.com, 955Dreams, and a number of others I'm sure. This industry needs more transparency because consumers keep getting burned again and again with little to no accountability or oversight.
