Los Angeles,#2Consumer Suggestion

Have you also considered filing complaints with various government agencies? The BBB has no actual authority over this company and must remain impartial. This is the link for reporting cybercrime: http://www.cybercrime.gov/reporting.htm Also please make sure that you do in fact have a room reserved in New Orleans for your trip. This company has a history of charging credit cards and not actually reserving a room. If you do some more research at the Rip Off Report website (as well as the internet in general), you will see that in some instances the hotel has even charged the consumer for the room a year after the stay because they were never paid. In other instances, the people were billed again by the hotel during their stay.
