I have booked 2 flights 2 month ago and I am suppose to leave in 2 days... 2 days ago, i went to check on the hours provided by the cheapoair and suddenly, my flight is not confirmed anymore. Thus, I figured that as nobody called me to mention it to me, i would better contact them myself. Cheapoair told me the flight was cancelled. the customer rep told me he would check waht he can do and call me back.. I NEVER heard of him. therefore, i decided to contact them... ONCE AGAIN. After several unsuccessfull attempt to contact them, i finnaly left a message. ince again, nobody called me back. I finally reached one guy who hanged up on me for no apparent reason! So I called again and finally talked to a girl who told me she had an available flight but i would have to wait 8 hours in a transition airport!... I told them we had a contract but they don't care. I contacted the customer rep and will keep you aware of the progress!
