Cherry Hill Properties ripoff, less than honest, money hungry, unprofessional, NO integrity Edwardsville Illinois
Cherry Hills tricked me and my roomate into signing a lease after they bought the property from the original owners. They sent us a itemized bill with a total of over $3000.00 in supposed damages.
The items they listed were false yet they have turned me and my roomate into a collection agency. They wanted some new carpet and paint in there unit and they are trying to stick me with the bill.
They have been less than honest about the whole situation and they beleive that since they are a larger buisness, that they can get away with this. I have also talked with others who have had the same problem. Make sure you check them out before renting from them.
