I again take this opportunity to state that Martin "Marty" Joyce has again exposed himself as simply what he appears to be. An unstable sociopath. Simply read his slanderous statement, and then look at the hard evidence of his Ebay auctions. The contradictions there are obvious. He is known in his locality as a marginally talented musician with a horrible attitude who has been fired from literally every job he has ever had. He was banished from New Orleans, a place I have had professional success in for decades, and personally have heard that he was a laughing stock for his demeanor and lack of talent there. His reputation as an abuser in his professional and personal life are very well known. I simply want others to be warned about this dangerous person and be made aware to stay away. He is to be pitied in some ways, but also to be avoided and can be dangerous.

Liar?? I have images and affidavits of the actual Ebay auctions from which Joyce attempted to sell the knowingly stolen property on his masked Drum Shop secondary account. I have statements from all the parties involved and will gladly make them public for all to see. Kinney has now opened his own shop in New Hampshire and I assure you this place will cheat and steal in the same disgusting manner as his original scene of the crime. I challenge whoever wrote that I am a liar to publicly come forth rather than just cowardly make a feeble attempt to vindicate himself in one sentence. Remember do NOT do business with Dealaman, Kinney or Joyce! They are thieves and I have the proof!

I am one of the 3 mentioned in JT Turner, aka JT Tellerman, aka Peter postings. His story would be funny were it not damaging. He is obviously just looking for something to do. Here is what REALLY went down. The "drug dealer" was his step son. Who brought in 2 drums that were not vintage in any way and were NOT labled with any name. They were in fact put on ebay a couple of hours later. Amazingly! JT comes across them on ebay 2 HOURS AFTER THAT!!! SAME DAY!!! You know, while at a family emergency. I ended the auction right away and he told us that his wife would be in to pay us back and get the drums because he was sure that it was his step son that sold them. We said no problem. When she did come in she was livid at the son and JT for all of the trouble. That meeting was all of 5 min. There was no swearing, posturing or anything "abusive" in any way. The wife actually apologized to us for the trouble. Drums were returned for the exact amount that was given to the son. JT is a disturbed man with nothing else in the world to do but try to get a response. Well here you go. This is the same man that was able to convince fellow drummers that he had other drums stolen and there were funds raised for him. Not at all true. Oh the money was raised by trusting people but he still had the drums in this story ironically. Avoid this sociopath in every way.
