CHRIS HANSON GRI Broker High Profile Realty Is A THIEF! He Steals His Agents Commission Checks, Runs A Ponzi Scheme Like Benard Madoff With Your Hard Earned Commissions!!! New agents DO NOT SIGN UP with him! He is a heartless thief who deserves a prison cell!!! Glendale Arizona
Chris Hanson is nothing more than a common thief who deserves nothing less than a prison cell. He stole $15,000 of my hard earned, short sale commission checks that I worked 7 long months to earn. All that I have ever received from him in the past year are lies on top of lies. He never answers his phone, nor returns my calls, nor responds to my emails. He is absolutely DISGUSTING!
My family lost our home to foreclosure, my credit is shot due to bankruptcy that I had to file and I had 3 auto repos as a result of the crime that this thief imposed on us. We have gone without food and have services turned off as a result of waiting and literally begging this little bald-headed fool for what is rightfully mine. How and why this Bernard Madoff knock-off is still in business is just absolutely sick and amazing. He buys struggling real estate brokerages and acquires all of their agents and their commissions and rarely pays out.
He had a meeting with all of us and fed us a line of garbage that he would pay us our commssion checks in 2 to 3 days. We had to chase this joker for weeks then months before we saw a dime! Now in my case it's approaching a year. I finally got wise and got out of that cursed company and got with a legitmate real estate company with morals and ethics behind their name.
There are at least 2 dozen agents out there right now who are begging to get paid and haven't been. New agents...if you are reading this report...DO NOT SIGN UP WITH HIM!!! He is advertising on Craig's List right now fishing for new agents to ripoff. He will NOT PAY YOU DIRECTLY through title! He is a liar and a thief. He has no plans of ever paying you a dime.
All of the hurt and pain he has put on his agents and their families will come back on him full circle on day. It always does. He will not get away with his fraudulent actions. It will catch up to him. Take a look at this latest Craigs list ad just recently posted on 7-15-09. What a crook!!!!
