Dear Sir or Madame,
My name is Lee Hiller and I have an online internet brand "Lee Hiller Designs" (((link redacted)))
I followed a link from Google to one of my products at Twitter: 101 Mouse pad and instead found someone using my Brand Name "Lee Hiller Designs" to lure people to his website.

The text on Chris.Pirillo.com is as follows: "You came here looking for Lee Hiller Designs if you like what you found please subscribe to my RSS Feed, MyYouTubeChannel and follow me on Twitter." He does not display any links or images for Lee Hiller Designs Twitter Twitter 101 Mouse Pads as the google link he created implies, and he did not ask my permission, of course, if he could. Obviously I would have said "No" or simply called the law or an attorney.
I did not authorize use of my Brand Name "Lee Hiller Designs" by Mr. Pirillo and the link does not go to my website or products as described on the Google link. Mr. Pirillo is often involved in shady activities and I do not want my Brand Name "Lee Hiller Designs" associated with his website.
I doubt seriously Michael Dell knows about him also lifting Dell's good name to lead them to yet another of his network sites, so I am forwarding a copy to Michael Dell as well.
Upon further research, I found this apparently is his modus operandi..that is, he uses the same tag line "You came looking for...but..." (We hope you will investigate this. You will find dozens of other similar ploys with other firms....We saw many; there could be hundreds (if not thousands). The message inserts whatever you used on Google as your search word(s) both Lee Hiller Designs and Dell Lap Top would have brought up the same listing. The coding is tied to the click through from Google.
Mr. Pirillo currently is an advocate for using Rapidshare a German based file sharing service that allows users unrestricted downloads of copyright materials. http://tagjag.com/ This type of activity is not something with which I wish to be associated. My fiancee' Rick London is a cartoonist, and he has had his own battles with persons of Pirillo's nature attempting to lift his brand and/or copyright, and he is livid as well.
Whether you are able to remove him from the Internet is something of course, I hope is possible; but if not I HAVE TO DEMAND HE REMOVE MY NAME FROM HIS SITES. My business is less than a year old, and this is already causing damages that are horrific and will only get worse if he keeps my name up.

Update March 10 2010:
I have filed a compaint with IC3 (Internet Crimes Complaint Center)
Case No. I1003072201304061I have opened a ticket with the server service that hosts chris.pirillo.com

I am waiting to here back from Ryan Maloney
Today checked the current hosting for his account using whoishosting.com and it states he has switched server services to Vanoppen.biz but I have yet to confirm this with them.
I have not been able to confirm all coding referencing my business has been removed from his site. I am trying to check for any additional searches that may link to pages that have it embedded.
