WATCH OUT FOR BEST BUY THEFT OF CREDIT: After returning an open box DVD Recorder, which by the way did not work at all when plugged in the power outlet, Best Buy customer service at El Segundo, CA store #1011processed the credit , but when I left the store Chris Stark (manager) turned around and cancel my credit. The rational behind his move as I was explained by a former employee, was to reduce SHRINK caused by taking in a nonworking item sold at the other Best Buy store. And whats the SHRINK in Best Buy terminology? its a term for any kind of lose that occur at the store, which if kept under certain percentage, allow that store management to receive bonus.
After realizing that he cannot sell this product, Chris Stark, a profound crook who was recently promoted to a position in Best Buy corporate offices, and who recently used Best Buy Customer Information data base to look up my information and writ me a threatening message to coarse me not to sue Best Buy and subpoena him to come to Los Angels to testify, he wrote me an email saying: I know a whole lot more about you including where you live. think very hard before you decide if you want to take this further. and because of that, Best Buy will be even under FBI investigation.
When you think CROOKS AND CHEATERS, Think BEST BUY from Minneapolis, MN suburbs. That by far most unscrupulous company has their founder MR. Richard M. Schulze and his family counting millions of your money in his deep pockets, while multiple attorney general office keep filing lawsuits against them for cheating consumers, making double web sites to deceive non-expecting buyers, and they still do not care and continue their course, even hiring equally crook attorneys willing to fabricate evidence (this was a case in Federal Racketeering Case Best Buy lawyer got arrested for fabricating evidence).
