Complaint Review: Christal Scott " Amazing web design services" - Indianapolis Indiana

While we have provided a rebuttal to Ms. Popowski's claims, we also must question why she chose to use the name Emily in her complaint against us. Today we received a email from Ms. Popowski acting as though she is a very close friend.

 

We have no idea why Ms. Popowski is sending emails like this to us and still post these nasty comments and fail to recant. We have offered our assistance to Ms. Popowski and have asked her to recant these false allegations, however she still has not done so. Since she has not, we are posting the emails she sends to our company so you can see for yourself how unstable this woman is acting.

 

If we were so terrible, provided her with unprofessional and horrible service and did all of the things she has accused us of, such as making prank calls, posting fake reviews, etc. WHY would she continue to try and be nice and communicate with us as though she was a dear and close friend?

 

This truly has left us feeling dumbfounded and confused.

Our IP Address is 65.189.232.113. It has been our IP Address for well over 2 years. It has not changed. If Ms. Popowski would look at the header of the email she received from us, she will see that our IP Address is 65.189.232.113 and NOT the IP Address shown in her response.

Again, Ms. Popowski has admitted that people are "showing up at her house, calling her and making threats" therefore, Ms. Popowski apparently knows that she has made someone in Florida very upset with her, however she is attempting to blame us for something she has no evidence of and is simply looking to point a finger at anyone. Ms. Popowski, I hope you find out whoever is doing this stuff to you and I hope you realize your time attacking our company has been wasted. This is a copy of the form this individual submitted to our company via our online contact form, clearly inappropriate. As you can see, it clearly indicates IP Address information as well, making it easy for law enforcement to identify the person. A simple search for the IP Address shows not only is it from Forida, but also registered to Jamie Popowski.

This report was filed against our company in retaliation from one of our ex-clients whom received a negative review against them from their customer. On 10-25-09 we received the following email from the person who filed this report against us. It is apparent that this individual has people upset with her and yet she filed this report against us on this site, accusing us unethical behavior and allegations that are simply not true. We have copied/pasted this woman's email below and will also upload a copy of the email with this rebuttal:

Dear Christal,

I cannot keep doing this with you, I sincerely apologize for whatever wrong doing you believe I may have done. After seeing your postings on ripoffreport.com I didn't understand why you would say those things until recently. I received a copy of the report you had sent to the BBB and realized you thought I had disputed your fee of $120.00 because I was unhappy. I can assure you that I did not dispute the charge and I had every intention of working with you to complete my website if it not been for you becoming so nasty about the situation. Christal it was never my intention to cause you any pain. Since the posting was made I have begun to suffer both financially and personally having strangers call and show up at my home making threats. I would like nothing more than to rectify this situation with you and try to put it behind us. I have no intention on hurting you, your business, or your feelings and I am eager to do whatever it
 takes to make this right. I have been praying about this for a long time and I wish that I had reacted better to the whole thing better from the beginning. I urge you to work with me so that this does not get any uglier that it already has, again I am willing to do whatever it takes to make this right and I believe that for now responding through email will be the best for both of us to work this out without the situation getting out of hand again. I am truly sorry for the misunderstanding and I hope that you accept my apology.
