Chrysler Financial consumer rip-off fraud slow processing false promises Farmington Hills Michigan
My husband is in the US Army and was stationed in North Carolina when we leased a new Chrysler van.We went with Chrysler Financial for the financing. Since the beginning there has been TROUBLE!!
The van is a Chrysler Town & Country, they have it listed as a Plymouth Voyager.
In North Carolina you need to pay property tax on a car, we paid this the first year. We then moved to PA. the following year they tried to get us to pay property taxes again. In PA no property taxes are paid on cars. They tried for numerous months to get us to pay. Every month I would speak to someone different who assured me it would be taken care of, to no avail.
Never a manager could be found or was able to get to a phone. Only after contacting my state Representatives office who in turn contacted Chrysler did they stop harrassing us regarding this issue, but still today they will not take it off of our credit report!!
I have had it investigated twice!!
Since I was 16 and driving I've always had a chrysler product, but I can assure you, this one is the LAST!!! I would not recommend Chrysler Financial to anyone!!
