Chrysler Financial ripoff Xray Pennsylvania
ok, so i got behind a bit on my car payment and started getting these horrible calls from a nice (!!) man named Jack Shelby. He called me names, told me to get a new pair of shoes cause i'd be walking alot, asked me where the car was so he could come get it, called my mom at work (local high school), got her out of class saying his call was an emergency, yelled at my husband.
refused to give me his supervisors name and generally made me miserable. Due to a long series of events, my car was repossesed last summer, but i got it back. Jack told me that this negates all contracts and that they can now come and take my car any time they feel like it. My husband the law enforcement officer finally callled and spoke to mr shelbys supervisor who apologized and said that "they've had problems with him" in the past. he still calls, but we ignore him....
