Chrysler rip-off Michigan
I have only had my car for a year. It is a 2001 Dodge Stratus. After 10,000 miles I had to take it in cause my transmission wasn't shifting right. Well 15,000 miles comes rolling around and have had the worse luck with my car and needless to say no one will help me.
First off, my transmission is still acting worse than ever. The "T" in Stratus, chrome is peeled off, it is leaking transmission fluid, where you adjust the seat a chunk of the carpet ripped up when I was vacumming.
I have emailed Chrysler many, many times cause no other dealership will help me out because the dealership I bought the car from has already messed with the Transmission.
No one will return my calls and the only dealership that will touch it is the one where one of the guys was having a bad day and went off on me by arguing and saying that the transmission wasn't why I brought it in the last time.
If anyone has any advice that would be great. Please help me.
