After being eager to find real estate representation, Chuck Iverson‘s name came up. Partly due to his massive advertising campaigns.
While appearing knowledgable at first, it became quickly obvious that he survived on his long term area name recognition and nothing more.
He NOT ONLY did not sell our home(to which he suggested an elevated price to get our listing), once on the MLS he all but disappeared. Chuck Iverson never returned our concerned phone calls nor showed interest in helping us. Rather he used OUR HOME LISTING for his own advertising.

NOT ONE OPEN HOUSE.....He simply appeared to vanish.
Chuck Iverson promised to help us find a replacement property as well. We being older now and downsizing, he didn’t show much if any interest in the smaller properties WE OURSELVES asked him advise. Rather he was always too busy to show us property, often had his help deal with us....but Chuck Iverson turned out to be the most unprofessional, uncaring and overly hyped Realtor we‘d ever encountered.
For the record, this is not our first experience in buying and selling homes ...we have had exceptional help before.
However, I would NEVER EVER recommend CHUCK IVERSON as a real estate professional to ANY of my family or friends
It’s so sad rogue agents like these roam the very industry that supposedly prides itself on integrity.
Chuck Iverson is in my own opinion unqualified and should be ashamed.
Buyer / Seller beware.
