Church's Chicken - Terrible Service - Vallejo, California
My wife loves' chicken livers, she likes Church's the best - from traveling in the southeast. I was in the area asked the locals if the livers at Church's were good, and each person I spoke to said Yes.
I drove to the business however, unfortunately when I got to the window to order - 20 minutes after entering the establishment, another 5 minutes to be acknowledge - placed an order, difficult when the service personal speaks poor English - only to be told they don't serve them, and gave no further assistance when I asked if there was another area I could find some.
I went to the corporate site to file a report, went through about 10 minutes typing in all the information, only to get to the page that wanted way too much information.
Name > Address > Phone (Home & Mobile) > e-Mail etc.
Without giving them everything it does not allow the filing of a report.
This is not to say Church's should be avoided, only that if you visit the Vallejo, CA franchise do not expect superior service; it is completely opposite of the great service received while traveling the southeast.
