Cigs4u ripoff! I placed and order for cigarettes on 12/7/04 and the order was billed to me Visa card on 12/10/04 but to this date I have not recieved my order or a refund. Double talk. Internet
I placed an order on 12/07/04 and my Visa card was billed on 12/10/04 but I have not recieved my order. E mails have not brought about any results to this date.
