Cindys Furniture Joel Aca Gonzalez scam San Diego California
This furniture store i bought him several times beds, bed frames to furniture and couches.He does false advertising, he showed me a magazines of the furniture ,beds,,matresses,bed frames,couch which was not true, deceptive, very bad quality. He shows very high quality furniture on the magazines. When I had bought it and he brought it to me.It did not seem the right furniture, beds, bed frames. It look like he got it made very unprofessional, harmful, and bad quality. I"m very disgusted,disappointed,frustrated, and inconvince. When I had the furniture for 4 months my sons bed broke in have.I tought at first it was my sons fault.,Then i called him to let him know about the bed broke in half. He said he will go by to my house.By the 1wk he went and my daughter bed also broke. He took his magazine and told me that i needed to pay him more $$ so he can get me another bed . I order another beds for my kids but, this time i order metal so i tought they can be stronger than wood.When i got the 2 time order.It took less than 3 months and the metal from the beds bend in half from the middle and.I called him to let him know what happend . I notice that his furniture is not safe and very poor quality. So then, when i call him he did not answer, i message him.No response. Several months he answer and said he got injured carrying furniture. Keep calling he said he was sick.Then , finally came to see damage he said he was going to fix it. But he didnt take it all.just half of the bed.He said "i can only replace damage pieces not the whole beds".!! I call my husband to let him know.we felt this is not o.k. Also, my bed frame got a big dip. Then , my matress from the middle got a big dip. I told my husband to help me to check what was wrong because my back was very uncomfatable and we notice the bed frame opened up and the sticks on the middle bad quality it couldnt hold my suposibly organic cotton pillow top mattress. We had to put my matress on the floor and we cant sleep good.Especially , that i told Joel that i got a back injury and he sold me a poor quality matress knowing my back is not good. I was buying from him high quality everything and its a a lie. He said he will bring me a new matress.I been texing, calling and has not been by.I had to buy somewhere else beds ,matresses for my kids because he never came back to replace anything and my kids had no where to sleep. This is un acceptable! I gave him opportunity but ,he doesnt care.i tx him to fix my beds ,matress or to give me back my $$.He said he cant give me back my $$.he will fix" no sign of him. I keep calling" he saids his busy or sick."Last time i tx and said he is fixing it to the fabric ,but his trying a deal to replace it . Not true has not called me or tx me.
