This is the Number 1 worst company in the world. Unprofessional people. They screwed up my account since the first day we had it. At first, wrong plan and wrong charges. I spent probably about 30 hours on the phone with numerous cust serv reps. You have to explain them one by one what the problem is. One asks for a non existing password to discuss the account. The other one said there was no password... Different stories, different times!
They overcharged me, a hilarious amount $1456... for a $113 monthly plan. Supposedly their system did not recognize the number. What the heck? Why did their screwed up system all of a sudden stop recognizing my phone# which was in that darn system for almost a year?? It takes at least 30 minutes to speak to a human being there... Then "you got the wrong department", or no manager is available, or they are working on my account and somebody will get back to me...So far, Nobody ever got back to me... And my bill keeps going bigger and bigger...It takes forever to make an adjustment... Talking to Cingular wireless is like talking to a wall... The customer is always WRONG!
Their website is made so that you cannot send complains by email or fax. This is ridiculous. This company needs to be shut down immediately instead of aggravating more people everyday, wasting thier valuable time!!! I spent hours with different people trying to get a solution to the problem, if any. No way. They apologize... What the f...! I wish their d**n apology would give my credit back!!! Never consider this company to have a service. I am simply waiting for my contract to expire in December 2004. I am disgusted with Cingular!
