Circuit City ripoff warranty speakers needs new speakers in bose warrenty good till 2005 Humble Texas
i bought my bose speakers in to get the speakers replaced and they looked them over and took them in. i got a call 2 days later from a guy telling me they worked and there was nothing wrong with them. then i told him the tweeters were out. never heard from them again finally i called and they told me they weren,t going to honor the warrenty because the speaker cabinets fell apart. well they were fine when i checked them in . can,t get anyone to call me back they have had my speakers for 2 months now. i can,t use my stereo because of no back speakers.
i was speaking to a manger named sonja murrillo, then i spoke with a lady who they say is another manger all i got was susan, she told me she would look at my speakers when they got in and fix problem, well speakers have been back now for 2 weeks and i can,t get an answer. looks like i won,t be listening to any christmas this year i fell on my job and can,t get around real good so i have a hard time getting all the way to there store to try and talk with someone again, please help. thanks i would never buy from circuit city again, hope everyone reads this, thanks for letting me report this////

well i just got my speakers replaced, after i told manger about this web site and that i was going to file with better business bureau. be careful and don,t buy warrenty on things from circuit city. in fact beware .
