I'm really hoping that this was just a typo on your part and you seriously were not trying to return an item purchased at one store to a different store. As for Circuit City not accepting this item back due to it not being the correct product, My suggestion would be to contact the Circuit City Customer Care phone number, which is found on thier website. Explain the situation to a representative there, and they MAY be able to assist you. However, I do hope that you understand that they are protecting themselves against fraud. They do not know if you have the correct item at home and are trying to return another item that you don't like. At this point, it's really on you to prove that this was the card from the box. Try contacting the Manufacturer, see if there have been other consumers that this has happened to. How different was your item from the one the salaes rep showed you?
