Citi Card Work out a payment plan to resolve my account then get a call from a collection agency ripoff Louisville Kentucky
I am very displeased with my account that I had through Tractor Supply Credit (which is handled by citi cards a division of citibank) I got behind and called to work out a payment plan then they said because one of my checks bounced that I could not get on to that payment again.
Then they contacted me again and set me up with a universal payment plan at an amount I could afford a month. Well it went for one month then they stopped the program with out me know and sent my account to NCO financal systems for collection. I am very displeased I feel citi cards should have contacted me and explained what was going on. Well now I guess I will just deal with the collection agency.
