citi prepaid card Holding my money and lieing about who has it Internet
I work for a company and get paid on a prepaid card. There was a pre authorization amount deducted from my account and the vendor never intended to collect. When I called citi prepaid they claim the vendor put a hold on it. I called the vendor and they explained it was never taken out and was reversed to drop off instantly. 8 days later and a load of bs from citi prepaid stil waiting on recouping my money. This company is god aweful. Management from corporate support keeps hanging up on me telling me to stop calling them. Why do they think they have the right to constantly talk down to people and lie. I asked who has my money first they say the vendor then they say their controller.This company thinks they can just treat people like garbage and would like to see a class action lawsuit filed against them and I plan on reporting them to the BBB.

Oh yes, the BBB is going to send out the official BBB swat team including those who will be parachuting in from hovering helicopters. The BBB will also be bringing in their mobile command post/court room complete with judge, jury and jail! My point is, this financial group needs to be a bit more open to you and tell you EXACTLY what is going on here and who is the culprit. The BBB on the other hand is NOTHING MORE THAN A SCAM which anyone who has been in business longer than five minutes knows about. The BBB is NOT part of any government body and they have absolutely ZERO powers to force anybody to do anything. The MAIN PURPOSE of the BBB is to selll memberships and, read carefully, SELL their PHONEY accreditations to any business which is willing to BUY one. If the business wants an A+ PHONEY rating....they BUY it! The BBB is nothing more than a typical slimeball scam with their second purpose in life being to convince people they have some law enforcement role, which they do not. The BBB thinks the average person is too stupid to see thru their sham. Don't fall for their BBB-BS.
