Heather Haggar who works in the President's office at Citibank in South Dakota used lies to ruin my credit and gave false info to the BBB in a complaint resolution.  She said she listened to phone calls that were recorded which is not true.  Heather Haggar verified that taking away available credit and raising rates to 29.99% was the right thing to do.  Heather Haggar said Citibank posts all payments when they are received.  I asked if they could verify when payment was sent.  Heather Haggar said that could only be verified by US mail postmark.  I said great what do you show it as because we sent it 10 days before due date and Citi did not post it to our account for 3 weeks.  She said it is Citi's policy to post everything when received and that neither Citi or anyone who works for Citi could ever possibly make a mistake.  Heather Haggar obvioulsy worked her way to the office of the President of Citi in SD by stepping on coworkers as she steps on any customer who stands in her way.  Lies.  Lies.  Lies.   Heather Haggar is real good at it.
