City Public Auto Auction C/o Waleed Shakir scum auto auction company is at it again, this scum uses cowardly off duty police who hide their badge #'s and id's while threatening you with arrest. Harveyharvey Illinois
This lowlife thieving auto auction company is at it again. I have received reports of threatening and demeaning behavior of auction personnel who harass and intimidate buyers at the auction.
One person writes that she spent $3,000 on a vehicle that broke down the day she got it-bad engine and transmission. Of course the company sold her a guarantee that they would not honor.
A previous customer has also written to me and related that City Public Auto auction personnel sold her one vehicle, then switched vehicles, leaving her with an inferior model. This is all consistent with I had previously reported about this company.
I'm filing a small claims court action against this company, and it's registered Illinois Agent Waleed Shakir.
The Illinois Attorney general has shut this foul operation down at least once before; this scum uses cowardly off duty police who hide their badge #'s and id's while threatening you with arrest. I hope you punks read this and try to sue-come on, I,m begging you.
For anyone else that has been gypped by City Public Auto Auction, the registered agent is Waleed Shakir of 9710 Ravinia Court Orland Park Ill Secretary of State #57976101.Sue their rotten corrupt asses !!!

CITY PUBLIC AUTO AUCTION IS SHUT DOWN!!! CLOSED UP!!! OUT OF BUSINESS-FOR GOOD WE HOPE THIS TIME!!!! Kudos to Pam Zekman and Exec producer Simone Thiessen at Channel 2 News for their excellent two-day investigative report revealing the fraudulent, criminal practices of City Public Auto Auction. I had previously documented how this auction rips off the consumer by conducting fraudulent auctions, selling substandard vehicles ( one Illinois Attorney General Official investigating this matter charitably refers to the vehicles as 'junk") without allowing the bidder to examine the vehicles, and charging outrageous fees that almost double the winning bid on the vehicle, causing a lot of bidders to forfeit their deposits. Channel 2 expertly reveals this scam and the auction for the criminal enterprise it truly is. Lawsuits by defrauded consumers(myself included) and a suit from the Illinois Attorney General OFFICE IS PENDING!It was revealed by Channel 2 that the manager of the auction was previously prohibited, by a judge, from engaging in any vehicle auction sales activity-but dID that stop him (SHAKIR)? NO!!!I now have nothing but good things to say-GOOD JOB CHannel 2 and Illinois Secretary of State Jesse White, and Good RIDDANCE City Auto Auction!!!
