Clayton Homes, Damage And FHA Fraud Cayton Homes, Structural Damage, Home owners need a Class Action Suit Maryville Tennessee
I would like to join a class action suit against Clayton Homes. We purchased our Mobil Home in 2007. I suspected damage when I saw an end beem was so bent they could not install the skirting. They bent it back and said there was no damage.
Within the first 2 months the floor in the kitchen started swelling to the degree of 6 inches thru out the B half of the house. This was considered the wet side. I contacted the manufacture and they wanted to tear out the floor to find the problem.
I hired a private inspecter and he found bent frames among other damages. I got the state involved and they found over 19 violations on installation alone.
I started researching everything about our purchase and found that the contractor for the foundation has possibly committed fraud on all FHA inspections. The well inspection was done prior to the installation of the well. The foundation inspection was said to be ok but the state found many items not correct. In addition I discovered that we paid $26000 in closing fees alone.
Clayton has still yet to complete all repairs the state mandated. They thrive on the poor as Ben of rogersville, stated. I will ban together if you can contact me.
