I bought a dog from Clayton Warichak. After weeks of not receiving the dog,I said that I wanted a refund. He wouldn't even answer the phone or respond to me. Finally, his partner Jonathan Drenski said that they would have the dog shipped (from Czech) I had a TWELVE HOUR round trip to go pick her up.
They shipped a completely different dog then I agreed to buy and have a contract for! I e-mailed him and asked why he would do that and he said that her owners decided not to sell her at the last minute!! So basically, he sold me a dog that he had NO RIGHT selling in the first place, then didn't offer a refund, then had me go on a TWELVE hour road trip to pick up a COMPLETELY untrained DOG!! She's NOT EVEN house trained!! $5000.00 for a dog that's NOT EVEN HOUSE TRAINED!!
I called him up and DEMANDED a refund and for him to pick up his dog and (of course) I never heard back from him or his partner! I will post and post and post on EVERY site until I get my refund. BUYER BEWARE!! These two are as crooked as they come! Their Czech partner is Petr Vajda

He knew perfectly well that I bought and paid for Fatima and he shipped a completely different, totally untrained dog! I could get a dog at the humane shelter any day that has more training then this dog (and believe me, I WISH I DID) but I had specific requests and Clayton said that Fatima would be the perfect dog for me then sent an untrained dog!! UNBELIEVABLE!! BUYER BEWARE!! These traders are as MONEY HUNGRY and EVIL as they get!! LIARS and SCAMMERS!! They completely DUPED ME!!
Don't send them your money! You will NOT get the dog you think you are buying!! I'm more then happy to forward ALL e-mail correspondence to anyone considering doing business with any of them. Believe me, you will NOT want to do business with them after reading our E-mails!

Mrs. Woodbine, why do you put such a mess on me? It is only you who knows the story and make people confused?! - First of all, I have recently received an e.mail from a new ZOFI owner. That guy asked me for help to find out how to make her training smooth and easy. It does mean something.... - Now, as I was trying to explain to you a few months agoyou know very well that I sold not more then three dogs through Mr. Warichak in the past. I run my small business independently and I am not involved into his company. - It is you who have all my corespondence with Mr. Warichak regarded to your new dog order and shiping arrangement on your e.mail account. - I dealed with a broker - Mr. Warichak, who asked me for a dog for you. So I got that order from a broker not from you. Although, at that time I would appreciate if you go straight on me.. - Just a few days after your new dog arriving it was for a very first time when you got in touch with me and make complains about your new dog. - You also forgot to mention to the public that you put ZOFI into the shelter instead of providing her with with good place to stay - You know that I went on a broker to make him to solve this problem - It is you who knows that Mr. Warichak stated to tak further responsibility for this case - You also know that payment for dog I received from Mr. Warichak bank account and you are kidding if you mean that I got 5.000USD from this sale!! Invoice , pictures, videos and pedigree had been send on Mr. Warichak business name. - You are right that it was Fatima that you ordered from Mr. Warichak - But I do not sell sick dogs. Unfortunately Fatima was suspected of skull cancer and a because of that and according to my Vet statement dog was not capable to be shiped anywhere. - You know very well that as soon as I got these bad news I contacted Clayton immediately and offered him to send further refund for dog back or replace FATIMA with ZOFI. Mr. Warichak agreed with replacing. Because of you was dealing with Mr. Warichak I could assume that You know that it was Zofi agreed for replacing and who Mr. Warichak asked me for. - From our corespondence you know well that Mr. Warichak asked me for a family dog although now you are saying that you expected a dog for serious personal protection. - It seems that it was just me who was trying to stay in touch with you from the begining. But not wonder that after such offends from your side I gave up - As a prove of my words there is all corespondence regarded to this case on my e.mail folder safed. Also pictures of ZOFI/skiny?/as well as video movie with ZOFI doing obedience work is still there. It is available to anyone who might be interested in. - You lie about my kennel.
