Almost unbelievably, there is good news for victims of fraud perpetrated by Clear Breeze Solutions, which also operated under many other names: they didn't just disappear, they were shut down by authorities!
Several individuals at the top of this bogus business are now doing time in prison, as much as 17 years for the woman who was the head of the ripoff scheme. I was told it took two years to get the conviction, but justice has been obtained for victims in over 40 states who lost a total of several million dollars.
How rare is an outcome like this? I'm still stunned.

An investigator in the State of Georgia who worked on the case called me a few weeks ago to tell me this news, and even better, he told me that victims will get back the money they lost in this ripoff. It may take awhile, since there are so many victims in over 40 states, but we will receive checks for the varying amounts we paid for the fraudulent service. The investigator told me exactly what I'd paid, and I will eventually get a check for that amount!
If anyone who was ripped off by Clear Breeze Solutions (or by any of the other company names under which the perpetrators operated) does not receive a call with news of restitution for money you lost, contact the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Georgia. The telephone number and address can be found by going to the link above.

Everyone who has lost money to Clearbreeze Solutions should put their detailed complaint in writing, including the amount of money you have lost and copies of any pertinent documents, then send them to: Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs, 2 Martin Luther King Jr. Dr., Suite 356, Atlanta, Georgia 30334-4600 If you want to fax your complaint and documentation, the FAX number is: 404 651-9018. The more complaints they receive about any particular company, the more likely they are to investigate.
You also may call the state Office of Consumer Affairs directly at 404 651 8600. They will take your complaint and give you a Reference number, but you still will need to put all of the details in writing and mail or FAX this to them. There is not a direct 800 number to the Office of Consumer Affairs in Georgia, but if you call 1-800-GEORGIA, you may ask them to transfer your call to that local number for the Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs.
Finally, here's an interesting development: if you try going to the Clearbreeze website -- http://www.ClearbreezeSolutions.com -- you'll find that it's just like a bogus storefront. There's a front page, but anything you click will take you to nothing about Clearbreeze Solutions.
However, you will find an amazing offer: "This Domain Name May Be For Sale" What do they mean "May be"? Of course they'll sell it! Apparently Clearbreeze Solutions is closing shop and running away. When and where might they reappear with a new name, new website, and the same old ripoff? Buyer Beware!!
