Slander is an untruthful oral (spoken) statement about a person that harms the person's reputation or standing in the community. Because slander is a tort (a civil wrong), the injured person can bring a lawsuit against the person who made the false statement. If the statement is made via broadcast media -- for example, over the radio or on TV -- it is considered libel, rather than slander, because the statement has the potential to reach a very wide audience. Continuing to make accusation that is not supported by documentation and fact can only demonstration Malicious Intent to Harm. Malicious intent to harm equals damages. I would advise you to consult with your attorney about the liability that you may have due to your unsupported false claims and irresponsible behavior. Defamation of character, malicious slander without facts are all damages that can be claimed from your post. Its not too late to have remorse for a thoughtless action that could be categorized as a childless game. Yet, John Trinh, you stated that both you and Scott Karl both owned 50% of the company each. Doesn't that make you 100% liable for any actions your company does? Are you a partnership or corporation? That is the real question here... BEWARE by using clickthru OS, if the software is linked directly with Scott Karl's loan modification business, then, as mentioned above, he truly is facilitating, per his own admission, Scott Karl's operation. Please be advised, this is not the only ripoff report on Scott Karl. By using Clickthru OS, there is a high chance that Scott Karl's loan modification firm will have access to your data, because Clickthru also claims to sell leads. So how safe are your leads when your software company, not only sells leads, but is in partnership with multiple companies such as loan modification, debt settlement, credit, mortgage, and especially with Scott Karl. So let me ask any client a very personal question... What do you think will happen with your leads since ClickTHRU OS not only sells the services, but sells the leads of the product you are selling on their CRM?

It becomes really disappointing when the internet is used in a way to slander a individual and a company with no accountability at all. Its unfortunate the individual who wrote this article does not have any proper documentation to support their claims. The actually attorney is a gentlemen by the name of Bill Anz who has contracted our company for a software solution and consulting. With everything that is going on with our country and millions of homeowners who face the stark reality of foreclosure, we do not need to add warrantless claims that not only cannot be substantiated but quite simply can damage a person's reputation and my company's reputation without any accountability. Sometimes you are even presummed guilty in the court of public opinion. ClickTHRU OS has the opportunity to help many homeowners through its software application. Our job simply is to asist FLM Law Center by providing them with a technology solution that can increase efficiency and attain higher levels of customer service. BEWARE! John Trinh is really partners with fedmod.com, a well known modification company that is being persued by federal, state, and local authorities. He claims to be a software engineer, but he is really a parasite opportunist that makes his true living off of a small army of scam artists that do his dirty work while he sits high and mighty fueling their folly. STRIKE ONE. If it weren't for John Trinh, these dirtbags would not have a CRM (Clickthru OS) nor would they have the capital, nor the physical location at 1 technology drive, Irvine CA 92618 to facilitate their thievery. STRIKE TWO. Promulgation is the keyword when it comes to describing John Trinh. He is a promulgator in the true sense of the word. He is to be held most responsible, because of it wasn't for him, his army of minions would not have the means to continue to wreak havoc on the American public. John Trinh carries himself with a nasty disposition. He is pompous, both pretentious, and contentious, and thinks a lot more highly of himself than he ought to. If he was half the man he claims to be, then he would not associate with undesirables. STRIKE THREE.
