Closeout Genius They lied to me about the availability of the item, then hung up on me when I finally got through by phone. Las Vegas Nevada
I attempted to order a TomTom GPS unit. I was told the unit would arrive in about two weeks. After nearly a month the item had not arrived, I called and finally got through after six attempts. I was told the item was on backorder for at least three more weeks. When I questioned them about why I had not been notified the item was not in stock they hung up on me ( this person was supposedly a supervisor.) I eventually got through again after another half hour and talked to a person claiming to be a manager. I again repeated my previous question and was told "Yeah, I've got that information, what's so hard about understanding it's on backorder." He then hung up also. Beware this site!!!!!
