Hello Everyone,
I must say i am dissapointed to see this report, we have been in the Excess / Closeout business for close to 10 years now and have never dissapointed any of our buyers, if we had any issues we were always easy to contact to resolve them in timely matter. lets get strate to the point, what you are reading about Closeout Solution LLC is a complete LIE, Closeout Solution LLC had bought Sharper Image about 1 year ago and we have been selling the inventories sitting in their AR warehouse to our costumers nation wide. Mr. Yang was contacted by one of our sales rep(Toby Clark) after Mr. yang added himself to our mailist list, at that time we had the Sharper Image inventories. The inventory was all costumer returns and Mr. Yang was noted that the inventory was not Brand New, not only did he know that inventory was brand new, he bought the inventory by Pallet numbers, not by specific models, not by brand but by pallet numbers (if anyone needs proof feel free to contact us). Mr. Yang received the product, for 2 months or so Mr. Yang tried fixing product with no luck and asked us to help him, we did try to help him move the inventory to our other buyers, but everyone else had bought similar invenotories and couldent buy more. After 2 months Mr. Yang tried disputing his AMEX charge of $140k with No Luck, he actually tried disputing the same charge 5 times and was turned down by AMEX investigation department (we have proof of that as well if anyone needs any copies),the main reason Mr. Yang was turned down by AMEX was due to AMEX finding that MR. Yang tampered with the emails going back and forth between Me and him, and tried changing my emails. I showed them proof of original emails with dates and time. He is saying that he is a victim, well people let me tell you this, you can be the next victim of dealing with a person who will buy product from you and then dispute the charges. We do business with Best Buy, Costco, TJ Max, Ross Dept. stores and never had any issues like this. Also, here is a suggestion for Ripoff Report, next time you let a thief write something like Mr. Yang did, pleaseee make sure you are getting both of the stories, i think it is completely unfair that we have to deal with this issue and the lies that are being written about us by this person who was turned down many times for lying by American Express.
