Club Metro adopts predatory billing practices, will continue to bill you after your membership ended or frozen. They will Robot call you 3 to 5 times a day to make your life miserable. Club Metro has an F rating from the BBB and is under investigation by the New Jersey Department of Consumer Protection. The club is also crowded, you have to wait for machines and the staff is intimidating. Stay away and look elsewhere. Unreasonable management and rude staff. Club Metro has so many unresolved complaints with the BBB to the point that the BBB has stopped taking new complaints.
