Club Metro USA Ripoff Club, Difficult to cancel, Separate Company runs finances and is not ethical! Philadelphia Pennsylvania
Club Metro had an agreement when I signed up that they waived the enrollment fee, but when I tried to cancel they just made me pay for 2months more because of the type of agreement I joined with. Also, they made me cancel in writing and mail it to them, and they still charged me for 2 months. I spoke with three employees that work there that said this happens a lot. The staff is friendly but their sauna has 2 rocks in it and is broken more often than not, and just general up keep is not done on the technical machines.
