CMI/PHSLLC Matthew Harris No pay a lot of work in the hole $10,000 had to file bankruptcy. Disrespectful, dishonest. Fraud Ranson, West Virginia
Found Mr. Harris on Craigslist. Signed a 2 year contract after a few months. Traveled all over the place putting over 200K miles on my vehicle. Worked all over MD and some West VA. Did grass cuts at properties with yards over 1 acre and paid $15 - $35 for the cut. Took tons of pictures as instructed. Removed debris from properties hauled back to my residential area due to dump laws paid cash for dump and never reimbursed. Stayed with Mr. Harris for several months thinking he was really honest continuously had excuses of why no pay, late charges, charge backs and then continuously threatened about the black list.... After several months found myself in thousands of dollars in debts. Have all my receipts, pictures and correspondence between the 2 of us via emails, calls, and paper work. Also ended up with $1,700 cell phone bill unable to keep up with payments phone cut off and put into collections. Lost so much money had to file bankruptcy almost lost my house and car. Stayed with him because he advised no money for at least 90 days and pay was gauranteed. Later on excuses of the bank not paying him. The little money received he advised that was what the bank paid...really $15 for lot cut of 200X200..and inspection and clean up. Ran over 125 miles one way on several properties never reimbursed same property several times received a payment of $35 for a grass cut 2 acre lot. Everytime you get close to wanting to discuss your pay he talks to you like a dog, screaming yelling cursing and then threatening with lawyers.
Bottom line stopped working for him couldnt afford it any longer then he filed what he called charge backs for the services not completed and sent a bill for the $2,500 which I never made that much during the period of time with him...later down the line found out he placed it on my credit report as well. Still struggling to come out of debt picked up the job to help with income and pay bills instead paid all of his bills he frauduently continued to send me to this place that place with promise to pay never followed through with payment. Still to this day no pay, ruined credit, in debt, had to file bankruptcy to survive. This man is the biggest scam and fraud I have run into. He also lied and said he was running for a Seat in Congress!!! Oh Really I didnt know they had a seat for people like him. He claims to have all the run of Maryland, West VA, DC, Kentucky, North / South Dakota and some other garbage. He is nothing more than a scandulous crook. I still want my money.

This "Contractor" was provided work and has been paid for all services completed. I have the proof and the 1099 MISC form. These individuals were assigned work with a due date. After not receiving the completions, CMI PHS tried for 7 days to contact this "Contractor", the "Contractor" did not return communication until 8th day. "Contractor" had excuses as to why the work did not get completed.
Bottom line, this "Contractor" cost the Management over $2500 in lost work. The $10000 is not correct.
I have the signed contract and agreement from this "Contractor". Do not hire these people. This "Contractor" as stole copper wiring and AC Units from numerous properties.
CMIPHS has filed a slander suit against these bogus Contractors.
