Coach-Net supplies emergency road service for RVs.
On their website it states: UNLIMITED TOWING - No mileage or dollar amount limits - no out of pocket expense when towing your disabled vehicle to the nearest qualified repair facility.
This is deceptive - because, after you have purchased the insurance, you receive a pamphlet with ambiguous wording that excludes just about everything imaginable that likely would go wrong. Things like dead batteries when vehicle is stored over winter and, as in my case, accidentally putting wrong fuel in. These are qualified as lack of maintance or neglect. They will, however, bring you gas if you run out. To me that is way more neglectful than accidentally putting wrong fuel in at BP with all those green pump
It is deceptive that you are only provided the information about the towing exclusions after you have signed up and that on their website there is no mention whatsoever of any exclusions on towing.
They did find a two truck for me - $675 for towing 54 miles.
I feel like I have been deceived.
