Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Collegepartytour.com with founder and CEO Derrick Kirk promised our startup that they could market and campaign our startup company's app to major colleges and universities across America and guarantee up to 5,000 downloads per school. They had a minimum of $10,000 down for campaigning at five schools. They were paid. It was determined due to the time of year that they could not fulfill our marketing campaign and that we needed to wait until the fall. Both us and Derrick of collegepartytour agreed to refund our money and pick up discussions during late summer.

Four weeks went by, no response from Derrick, and no refund. Money was transferred from our bank so we couldn't do a stop payment on a check. We touch based with some of the third party companies he has on the homepage of collegepartytour.com, one of those companies being a successful early stage startup being funded by major VC firms and has been featured on various publications like techcrunch and businessinsider. They told us that they gave derrick of collegepartytour tens of thousands of dollars and after doing a tour stop at one or two schools they only had a couple dozen downloads total. Derrick said he would give them their money back and hasn't. They too are in the process of drawing up a major lawsuit against Derrck.

Derrick will look up various comapnies on different sites like Crunchbase and reach out to you cold. He'll make promises he can't keep and give you a price that's too good to be true from a customer acquisition standpoint. He'll take your money and you'll never see or hear from him again. Do yourself a favor and avoid Derrick Kirk and CollegePartyTour all together.

LIES LIES LIES

See, that's the thing about technology. You can already tell when someone is lying.

For instance, Derrick Kirk is not the VP of the company. He is President, Secretary, Treasurer and Director of CollegePartyTour.com. Think I'm lying? Go to the Nevada Secretary of State's website and lookup their business entity. Need some help? Oh wait, here's the link! https://www.nvsilverflume.gov/businessSearch

They are also claiming I am a "customer from hell" that they marketed for and cancelled our service. They did not receive any form of payment from us until 31 days after we sent back the signed contract But they claimed to market and campaign for us. Where? With what money? They have no proof of that. Not to mention we have documentation with the so-called VP aka Founder aka CEO aka the name of the person on College Party Tour's tax returns (if they've even filed taxes) Derrick Kirk saying and confirming that he would refund us our money. In writing. That's all we need to prove and win in court.

I've never heard of an Amber Caza until we started to take legal action against CollegePartyTour. They want to talk about "satisfied customers"? We spoke with the CEOs of (2) companies, WatchBox (watchboxapp.com) and Friendsy (friendsyapp.com). Both companies had the same "experience" I had. The only difference is those two companies actually had "marketing campaigns" take place where Derrick promised, the way he promised us, 5,000 downloads per college or university they toured. WatchBox maybe had 40 downloads, and Friendsy was so dissatisfied with the service they are putting together their own lawsuit against CollegePartyTour for Derrick's refusal to refund their money.

If you call CollegePartyTour at (702) 659-7220 it's always Derrick's voice you hear on the voicemails. Funny how someone only overseeing "day to day operations" is the "voice" of the company. College Party Tour has been scamming technology startups and other small businesses with their ineffective marketing campaigns and lies on the data and results they provide. Plus they ONLY accept wire transfer as a form of payment to a personal bank account. Scammers 101.

In the customer service business, the customer is always right. We feel Derrick has gotten away with scamming and stealing the money from companies who are up and coming in their relative spaces because of the work and energy it takes to sue someone in court. Especially if your company does not reside in the same state of the person or business that you are suing.

Another business tip: a real business does grammatical proofreading before posting any information online. Just a thought for the next time you want to respond with your lies as a rebuttal about your scam of a business.

Hello my name is Amber Caza AGM with College Party Tour and I handled this campaign with this client. Not the CEO who only play a small part here at the company and Derrick kirk is the VP of the company and only overseas day to day operations. This customer continued to repeatedly break our agreement and cost of money so we had to part ways. We understand they are upset but we ask you to contact our other satisfied customers and see for yourself. Or contact us directly and we will put you at ease about doing business with us. CPT team -
