After the original collision took the mechanic over 5 months to repair, my insurance was the only one to provide a rental for 30 days during that time.  The mechanic shop offered a loaner that was dirty, leaked oil and was unsafe to even dirve.  Since the intial "repairs" the car has had to go into the shop 5x for the same reason:  The A/C keeps breaking.  They continue to patch it up with substandard, shoddy work and it continues to break. 

Every time I have taken it in, it takes at least a week, and they provide no loaners. I asked them for a loaner this time, since it is my onlu car, and they denied me flat out.

I advised them that I should not be paying for the shoddy work tha they are performing.  They said they didn't care, they were not providing a loaner or renting me a car while they fixed what is shoddy work on their behalf.  They told me to have a lawyer contact them if I so desired.  They are RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and INCONSIDERATE.  They are stealing from my insurance company, which to date has shelled out OVER $15,000 in repairs. 

They should have been able to provide "A" rated service and parts for this price, since for that price, I can practically get a new car.  I would never recommend this to anyone, since their lact of respect for doing a good job is flagrant, and they are out there to make a buck and harm the consumer any way they see fit.  They are NOT interested in solving your problem.  They are interested in you / your insurance's company's $$$$$..........THAT'S IT.

The owner of the shop will come off very kind at first. I guess thats the attitude of any person when money starts to roll their way. No need for the last complaint to bring proof or documents as this sounds way to similar to my case. You totally screwed me over too and this is just karma making its rounds. Your guys may be great at doing body work, but your mechanics, if you really have any screwed my european car royally to the point that it was NOwhere near fixed. Problem after, problem after problem. Plus, you do a fine job manipulating the insurance company to cash out max profits. You get so annoyed at your customers you try to put fear into them by uttering "leans" I hope you take this as a valuable lesson to be fair to your clients and acts more professional without being a unethical or sliding on the line of illegal and legal. Don't take this as an attack as i dont hold grudges, its just i wouldnt send my enemies to your shop. Sorry, but the consumers MUST know.

One of my customers call me yesterday and told me about this negative review to my business. I dont recall having this person as customer and this is not practice from this business. I challenge this person to show any type of documentation that they had done business with Collision Center of Cutler Bay, Inc.  in the past and I also demand to remove this bad review immediatelly.
