Collision Depot Cristian Williams "owner" Ripped me off with shitty service. Used 2 screws to hold bumper in place and when i hit a dip the bumper came off and when I took it back to him he used glue to put back in place and now my car looks Rowlett, Texas

I was charged 650.00 dollars for a bumper and two slightly dent fenders.I paid 350 up front and the other 300 upon completion of job. Everything looked good upon picking up car but when I was driving and hit a SMALL dip I heared a loud noise coming from under the the car thinking I had ran over a water jug, I got out and looked at my car and the bumper was hanging from off from the sides. Upon closer inspection from myself I noticed he only used 1 screw for each side when it actually uses 3 screw on each side about an inch apart from each other.I took the car back and he wanted me to leave it there over the weekend but I refused and asked why would he need my car for 3 days when all he had to do was screw in the remaining screws. His answer was that he had to order a special compound so he can glue the part that broke off. Never thinking about what he meant until I brought my car to him that following Monday and picked it up that afternoon I noticed what he had done.He had glued the bumper to the fender and waited for the glue to harden and drove 1 screw threw the glue to hold the bumper in place.So guess what driving around and hitting small pot holes and dips "at a slow speed to prevent my bumper from falling again" the bumper has come off again and my car looks like s**t!!! When I call him to let him know he gives me the run around and has not fixed it right to this date 03-18-2010 and is almost to a year ago that I had taken my car to him. I was told by 1 of his employees named JUAN "also goes by JR", that he had been ripping others off as well so that's the reason JUAN quit cause he was afraid someone would retaliate against him for working there and they also have moved from the Forest Lane location to the Grisham RD in Rowlett TX location.So if anyone has any advise about what to do or how to handle this please fell free to call me at 214-283-0392 that's my cell # my name is FELIX.
