I used to be a legal secretary and I should have done my due diligence, but, I didn't. This company operates under the guise of Offering a Trial Supply and you charge $3.95 to your credit card to cover ship/handling charges. HOWEVER....within 14 days not only will you receive the trial supply, but your credit card will be charged $88.97 and you CANNOT, I repeat CANNOT get your money back because they say you ticked the box during the Trial Supply that indicates you agreed to the terms and conditions. Suffice it to say that BUYER BEWARE. I am heading to the bank tomorrow to cancel my card and I'm stuck with 2 bottles of crapola. I will make this company famous and contact the State of California Attorney General's office to file a complaint; I'm sure that there are many before myself that have done the same.

THE MORAL OF THE STORY FOR WEB SURFERS IS NOT TO ORDER TRIAL SUPPLY OFFERS WITHOUT DUE DILIGENCE.

Colon Smart Ripoff--I've had the same thing happen to me...

I have had the same thing happen to me with this company. I ordered the trial version of the product and shortly thereafter (well within the 14 day trial period) I cancelled the account by e-mail and also made numerous attempts to contact them over the phone but got either a very long automated-wait message then disconnection, or nothing at all. I was shocked when later they charged me over $88 for a shipment I wasn't expecting and caused my account to go overdrawn. I didn't even bother to open the shipment, mailed it back to them in the original package and again tried numerous times to have it cancelled. Finally I did get a cancellation confirmation from the company via e-mail but they have yet to refund the charges to my bank account even though I requested an initial cancellation that should not have resulted in no further shipments or charges to my account. Imagine, if they do this to just 10,000 people per year that would be almost 1 million dollars iin fruadulant revenue they generate by this scheme of not canceling when people request and then shipping unwanted products. The catch is they have a statement on their web-site claiming that you can't get a refund once a product has been shipped--I don't know of any legitimate company that would actually expect you to pay for something you don't want and even if you return the UNOPENED product, they won't even give you a partial refund. I'm filing an Internet Scam complaint with the FBI's Internet Crimes Complaint Center (since really this company generates it's revenue online and gets all of your banking information online) and I encourage anyone who's had a similar experience to do the same thing: http://www.ic3.gov/
