Colon Smart Cleanser a total RIP OFF, DO NOT BUY Sun Valley California
I signed up for a 30 risk free trial of the colon smart cleanser and read that if I did not cancel or send the product back I would be charged in full for the product. Their website also states that if you sign up, you will be an assumed customer and continue to receive, and be charged for, the colon smart product. After my thirty day trial was up, my bank was charged $88.97 and I was sent two more bottles. Once I received this package I realized I needed to cancel since two bottles was more than I wanted since I didn't care for the product even. I sent 2 emails asking to be cancelled since I could not get through on their 1-800 number. Neither email was ever responded to. I tried calling back several times more, and sent several more emails, and never heard a thinkg. I assumed they had gotten the point and possibly cancelled until I saw that I had been charged again! So a this point I am going to have to contact my bank and have them refuse payment to this bogus company or get a new account because the charges have overdrawn me twice now and I can't afford to pay for something I don't even use and don't want. I think the department of labor in that area ought to check in and look at their financial dealings because there is no way this place is ligit. I just want my money back, and they can keep their product.
